Today’s Scripture
“Gideon replied, “If you are truly going to help me, show me a sign to prove that it is really the Lord speaking to me” (Judges 6:7).

 

 
God is incredibly patient with us. Time after time, man has demanded a sign from God to be sure He is who He says He is and to be sure He will do what He says He will do. Signs don’t give us assurance we’re looking for because the problem isn’t with God’s power, it’s with our own perception of it.
