Today’s Scripture
“The Lord who rescued me from the claws of the lion and the bear will rescue me from this Philistine (1 Samuel 17:37).

 

 
David and Goliath is a beloved story known to many. While David was just a young boy, Goliath was a strong man over ten feet tall! With God’s help, he defeated this giant on the battlefield! Note how David gives God the glory the whole time, defending the name and honor of the Lord.

 
All of us face giants, but we can overcome them with the power of God.
