Today’s Scripture
“There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her” (Luke 10:42).

 

 
The story of Mary and Martha is a common one for many people. We can so identify with the pressures of the world to be busy and stay busy. In a mad rush for accomplishment, we hustle and bustle to achieve often at the expense of quiet, personal time with God.

 
Can you identify with Mary or Martha? Do you frequently skip quiet devotions in order or will you recommit to greater quiet time with God?
