Today’s Scripture
“Son of man, I am sending you to the nation of Israel… and whether they listen or refuse to listen – at least they will know they have had a prophet among them” (Ezekiel 2:3-5).

 

 
Our dear Jeremiah is wrongly imprisoned back at home in Jerusalem today and in Babylon, God is raising up another prophet, Ezekiel, to speak to his people in exile.

 
The “word of the Lord came” is repeated over fifty times in the book of Ezekiel. Hear the words of assurance that God’s word is never far from his people – regardless of how far from home they may be!
