Today’s Scripture
“The glory of the Lord came into the Temple through the east gateway” (Ezekiel 43:4).

In Ezekiel’s third vision of the throne chariot, God comes into the Temple through the eastern gate. Many scholars disagree whether this will be a literal third temple or simply a symbolic picture of God dwelling with His people.
God Himself declares this Temple to be the place of His throne where He will dwell. In this prophecy, we see God fulfilling everything He said He would do through the prophets of old. He will restore Israel to the land, He intends to dwell with them and wants to be worshipped in a holy way by a holy people. See here a picture foretelling the fulfillment of all these things!

Yes, we’re doing great, praise God. As you can see, I’m way behind on my lessons, but I just CAN’T skip ahead. I don’t want to miss a thing!
So I just keep going forward, working in more than one day as I can. Even though this is the 3rd year for me to do this study, I absolutely love it. Each year I see many, many things that either I didn’t grasp the other times, or I simply forgot!
I praise God that His Word is eternal and not regulated by dates and times. It’s true and exciting and convicting every day of the year! Thanks again, Shannon.
