Today’s Scripture
“God likes straightforward speech” (Proverbs 12:22).

 

 
Today we focus on three topics: money, hard work and speech. Having a Biblical worldview towards these things requires that we understand God’s thoughts about them, for the world teaches a very different philosophy.

 
Death and life comes in the power of the tongue (Prov 18:21). Words have the power to tear down or to build up. They can bring healing or they can destroy. God likes straightforward speech. Do you simply let your “yes” be “yes” and your “no” be “no?”
