Today’s Scripture
“God is mighty, but he does not despise anyone! He is mighty in both power and understanding” (Job 36:5).

 

 
Job asks a question we all ask at one time or another and Elihu says a couple things quite profound, getting at the root of Job’s problem. Do you think God will utter a complaint against Job or is he as guiltless as he says?

 
Sometimes, by means of adversity, God rescues those who suffer. Capturing their attention, He uses difficulty to bring about redemption! If you need confidence that God knows what He’s doing, be reassured this day and let Him be your God.
