Today’s Scripture
“They were completely amazed and said again and again, “Everything he does is wonderful” (Mark 7:37).

 

 
Jesus travels to Gentile territory today as he enters the territories of Tyre and Sidon. Reaching the Gentiles, he fulfills many Old Testament prophecies in Genesis, Exodus, Isaiah and others that he will bring salvation to the ends of the earth.

 
As Jesus feeds the 4000, we understand these are Gentiles. Having been with Jesus for three days straight, they savor his every word and call him wonderful (Mark 7:37). Does God bring you joy? Do you long to study the Scriptures? If so, you’re in good company because these believers showed great faith.
