Letting God Be God

Apr 28, 2016 / Bible Study / 0 COMMENTS

Today’s Scripture
If he is through with me, then let him do what seems best to him” (2 Samuel 15:26).

As the conspiracy against David transpires, we see Absalom openly challenging his father and building quite a following. In multiple encounters in the Scripture today, we see David’s attitude acknowledging God’s sovereignty as he resigns himself into God’s care without retribution for wrong done against him.

Are you able to wait on the Lord for the fulfillment of His timing to bring circumstances to pass in your own life? If you rely on God and live as if you believe the battle to be His, He will defend you and bring about a right outcome.
